North Ward Councilman Anibal Ramos Jr. announced today that Newark residents with delinquent property taxes as well as water and sewer charges can take advantage of a short-term tax amnesty that was approved today by the City Council.

Newark North Ward Councilman Anibal Ramos Jr. is sponsoring legislation that would provide relief to city residents to offset a property tax hike called for in the city’s school budget.

Newark Mayor Ras Baraka today joined North Ward Council Anibal Ramos and North Ward Center Executive Director Michele Adubato to cut the ribbon on a newly refurbished Mt. Prospect Park along Mt. Prospect Avenue in the city's Forest Hill community.
