Councilman Anibal Ramos Jr. has joined with Sen. M. Teresa Ruiz, Councilmen Luis A. Quintana and Carlos M. Gonzalez and the Hispanic Law Enforcement Society of Essex County to deliver two cases of bottled water to seniors and homebound residents in the North Ward who cannot make it to the Vince Lombardi Center to pick up bottled water.
