A fire on Ridge Street in the North Ward first reported shortly before 10 p.m. Friday evening has destroyed three homes and displaced at least 18 people and injured three firefighters.
The fire started at 286 Ridge Street and spread to the homes on either side.

The Red Cross is providing accommodations for the families that have been displaced.
My staff will be reaching out to the families to see how we as a community can come together and help out.
